Winslow Homer Engravings
A series of 11 wood engravings by American artist, Winslow Homer (1836-1910), that portray late 19th century scenes of everyday life in New England. The wood engravings were published in Harper's Weekly with most of the engravings dating to 1874 and the earliest to 1870. Scenes range from children at play on the shore and land to men at work to seafaring.
