The Duck Lake Photographs are a series of photographs taken by Boston based photographer, William Lyman Underwood (1864-1929), in the late 19th century near and around Duck Lake in northern Washington County, Maine. Underwood was a member of the wealthy Underwood family and a very accomplished photographer as well as avid outdoorsman. His trips and hunting and fishing expeditions to Duck Lake relied on Passamaquoddy guides and many of his photographs include these guides.
