PHASE I: $450,000 (Completed in 2006) involved the complete reconstruction and restoration of the exterior of the north half of the TIMA building, the most severely damaged portion of the building. The north masonry wall was completely rebuilt as a solid brick wall using 50 percent of the original brick, a new ground level accessible entry was developed, and new historically accurate windows were installed.

PHASE II: $500,000 (In Progress) involves a $400,000 restoration of the exterior masonry walls of the south half of the TIMA building, the installation of a new copper roof and new historically accurate windows. The restoration work began in early August 2008 and is expected to be completed by December, 2010. Phase II also involves the additional interior restoration of the TIMA building at a cost of $100,000.




PHASE III: $500,000 - $2.5 million (In Planning) is currently being developed. Phase III involves the construction of a four story elevator to make the TIMA building fully accessible and the addition of more exhibition space.
